How do we change a cultural perception of an industry that is relatively underappreciated? How do we attract and retain great people who will focus on the customer’s needs and increase the overall level of professionalism displayed to the public? How do we get those great employees to want to stay with us for the long term? And how do we evolve the position of counterperson to Parts Counter Professional? The answer lies within training and professional development opportunities. Participants will understand the importance of their role within their working environment and will gain the confidence necessary in order to communicate, multi task, sell and handle customers effectively on the parts counter.
