The Canadian Automotive Repair and Service (CARS) Council regularly studies the Canadian labour market to keep up-to-date on the human resource challenges and issues facing the sector. This latest study updates the findings of similar studies that the CARS Council conducted in 1999 and in 2005. The Summary Report summarizes the 2009 research study findings and recommendations.
